The apartment is 65m2, consists of a bedroom, big living room + kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe room. It is located in Friedrichshain, few minutes to Boxhagener Platz. It comes with a cellar in the basement and the possibility to rent a parking slot on top.
- flexible moving date (1st of April preferably, or May), unlimited contract
- 1250 euro per month (+ electricity and wifi)

It comes with the furniture which will need to be purchased.
